Amakom court is simply a dramatization of court proceedings on radio. The aim, simply is to employ down to earth ordinary language of providing legal education in an entertaining way as the court process is demystified. In each episode, at least two people (plaintiff/complainant and defendant) argue out their cases. Sampson Lardy, a journalist and law student hosts as judge.
Listeners serve as jury, they call into the show to determine where the wheels of justice should swing. The calls are tallied and presented as the verdict. But if the majority decision is a departure from the general position of the law, the judge sets the records straight.
